Day 5 wow the negative mood is intense!

So I quit coffee cold turkey about 5 days ago. Since then I've had lethargy and headaches, both which I was expecting. What I wasn't expecting was how intensely the caffeine withdrawal has affected my mood. I have been insanely depressed since day 3, and I was at my wit's end until I realized it was the caffeine withdrawal messing with my mind. Now it's just giving me even stronger resolve to fight through it.
