I've been drinking a couple glasses of this thing:

every single day for... probably 4 years. Only recently I've started to pay attention to how bad it is, and feel that I need to really start cutting back. It fucks my sleep and anxiety. Looking for some advice and discussion with others who have gone through coffee reduction or quitting.
I'm open to suggestions from anyone. I know some people go cold turkey, but that's not an option for me as I have a very busy life and the withdrawal would destroy me. I need to cut back, supplement using less bad options, stuff like that. Nervous about starting this journey but it needs to happen - and no time like the present.
