Im 4 weeks off and have noticed some changes in my bowel movements. I’m not complaining though, I’m still regular thanks to my healthy diet and exercise regime.
I have now noticed that my bowel movements are coming 12 hours later than they ussully would have with caffeine. I used to have bowel movements in the morning after my first or second strong coffee… but now it happens in the evening.
I have also noticed a slight decrease in frequency. With coffee I estimate I would have bowel movements 3 out of 4 days, while now without coffee I think it’s a bit less… maybe 3 out 5 days.
Anyone noticed anything similar?
