When do I stop being grumpy?

Over the past 10 days I’ve managed to cut my 3 strong cups a day down to 1 weak cup of coffee.

Initially I battled the headaches and general feeling of nausea, but now I feel good any my energy levels are pretty steady during the day. The only problem is that I now I have a constant level of grumpiness.

when does the grumpiness go away? Besides exercise and eating healthy (which I do everyday), what else can I do?
