I broke my caffeine fast 9 days into 2023…

I just couldn’t take the discomfort anymore! I was sitting in class today with an absolutely throbbing headache and I figured the reason may be my lack of coffee. I haven’t had it at all for 9 days which is the longest stretch I’ve gone in a decade.
Anyways I got my fix today and all of my issues are gone! I feel restored. Maybe decaf/coffee free isn’t for me?
