Watching The Simpsons has helped me realize that people have always complained about new forms of entertainment

Itâs clear that the Simpsonâs are meant to be a âTV addictedâ family (moreso, there are a lot of references made to Bart and Lisaâs excessive TV watching being a bad thing. And to how video games can be harmful for kids.) Itâs clear watching the show that a lot of people were once just as angry about television and video games as they are now about excessive phone usage and over reliance on the Internet.
