Do you agree that in a way, vintage fashion never quite goes out of style?

I just saw a video pop up on my feed with about 74,000 Instagram likes where a woman wears and tries out 40s/50s fashion aesthetic vintage outfits. I find it interesting that even though this was nearly 100 years ago, it’s clearly still “cool” to many to do so.
