Which most recent decade will feel like a “grandparents” decade to youth in the 2050s?
Post Body

To me it’s definitely the 1960s, and honestly even 1970s to an extent now.

I’ve been trying to get into mainstream 60s music lately and even though it’s so so catchy, it also sounds so so old. “Be My Baby” the hairstyles the fashion even the way the stereos sound. I can see how the Beatles and beach boys influenced music but boy it sounds old. By grandparents decade I mean even though I love lord of culture from then the music and tv shows, everything about it, it’s just what I associate most with my grandparents’ time and “old people.”
