Anybody get these texts? scam collector?

I get calls from them all the time and now texts but nothing ever says what the actual debt is and as of now there's no damage on my credit report. Do I try to contact them and figure out what's going on or just ignore it. Based on the way they keep contacting me with zero information upfront which seems strange. Only thing I can think of is a Dr bill from 8 months ago that I'm trying to get dropped but that hasn't been sent to collections to my knowledge and I can pay them directly.
