I understand processes can be set to certain cores, but I was wondering if it's possible to set a user to be only on certain cores.
I'm doing some remote server stuff for fun with friends, but we're facing bad lags with only two people running certain processes, causing delays for few people on a 24 core machine. It's over my head and would like to check if it's a NUMA problem with remote CPU-RAM interaction instead of local. To test this, I would like to try this. (Couldn't really find information online on how to find out, so testing only for now, so if you have suggestions, please feel free to share!)
