My ia32 Debian 12 install doesn't seem to see any updates related to Debian 12.4

Update Software GUI doesn't find any updates, neither does apt update, then apt upgrade. My kernel has a date of 2023-11-30. Am I doing something wrong, or is the ia32 update of 12.4 not up yet? Thanks.
