Where does the No Hands sound come from?

So it took me a while to make this thread but a while ago I was watching this Japanese dude's videos, and I came across a few like this, and noticed it has the exact same noise that's in the beginning of all the No Hands videos. The difference being that it doesn't have the weird machine-like clinking behind it. Does anyone know where this is from exactly? Or is this guy just really good at audio editing?
