How intense is the pit?

I’ve been to gulch, black midi, 100 gecs, jpegmafia and I always enjoyed it. If I get really tired I can go stand in the back take a break then jump back in. Is that gonna be a thing or is the whole floor gonna be torture? Is the torture worth it? I’ve heard stories of people getting punched that’s totally not my vibe how common is violence?
