My Dad died suddenly yesterday. He was only 60 and in apparent good health. He all of a sudden started feeling unwell, back and shoulders hurting. As the ambulance was just about to arrive, he stood up said he felt better and then dropped down dead within half a minute of walking into the kitchen. It's a suspected acute heart attack, silent killer. Does or can anyone explain why he had this moment of lucidity of thinking he was better, was it his heart had stopped and there was no more pain, was it his brain releasing chemicals to numb the trauma? I know it means nothing overall but I just want to understand what his last moments were like for myself, as I cannot stop thinking about it. Thanks
