We had the mortuary order 6 death certs, got them yesterday with her ashes, and all the certs said the time from onset of primary cause of death was weeks. It wasn't even a full week from time of admission for the primary cause, 'til death. How the hell do you miss that?
According to the mortuary, all sorts of bureaucracy will now follow for weeks. At the end of which, we'll receive & have to attach official addendum pages to the original death certs, because they can't legally be shredded & replaced, and every future death cert will have to come with an addendum too.
Why the hell not fine the doctor the cost of them, $21 each, and they be reissued correctly?!
