Macros in deadisde?

I have been struggling with shooting with iron sights in deadside, especially at range. I don't have this issue in other games, I think that the iron sight visibility is very low on most guns and optics are hard to get. So I was wondering if you are able / allowed to make a macro where FOV goes down while ADS? It seems to make the iron sights bigger and therefore easier to use.
