Just wanted to post here to a group of people I thought would understand my excitement. Joel was absolutely incredible this past weekend in DC. Saw him Friday night at a smaller venue as Testpilot, and Saturday night at a larger venue as Deadmau5.

Honestly hard to describe how awesome it was. I’d been seeing you all post videos of his recent shows and couldn’t wait to get at it myself. He absolutely burned down the club Friday night at his testpilot set and Saturday was no different. During the Testpilot set you could see he was really into it and seemed to be enjoying himself - was really great to see that.

This was my 12th and 13th time seeing Joel live and I still get the same dumb grin across my face as I did the first time I saw him when he starts up his sets. It’s beyond obvious that he’s getting better as time goes on and he’s just truly a guy at the peak of his craft.

Thanks for a great weekend Joel - come back and visit us in DC again soon!
