How do damage boosts from different skills interact with one another?

Using Logan as an example, with Frenzy 2 ( 20% after a kill, 1.2x damage) and Drunken Master 2 ( 40% while drunk, 1.4x damage), are the boosts calculated additively or multiplicatively? Does each skill calculate from base damage and add together for a single multiplier or does one skill supercede the other and calculate new damage based on what's calculated first?

Hyptothetically, assuming base damage X and output damage Y, would it be

Y = X x 1.6

or would it be

Y = ((X x 1.4) x 1.2) or vice versa depending on whether Frenzy or Drunken Master is calculated first
