This requires you to have reached the end of the game. Before you end the game, you should have all the required items for the team quests. This way, once you start a new game , your items carry over. Here's what you'll need:

Purna: 3 engine parts 8 lighters 3 propane cutters

Xian: 3 blades 8 tubes of glue 3 semiconductors

Sam B: 3 bolts 7 Large Batteries 3 propane cutters

Logan: 3 belts 7 Clamps 3 rolls of Heavy Duty Tape

John: 3 gas for lighters 7 deodorant 3 AC power boxes

Harlow: 3 metal scrap 7 steel Ross 3 rolls insulating tape

Henry: 3 electronic scrap 4 suicider meat 3 Mylar blankets

Hardy: 3 weight plates 7 batteries 3 aluminum tubes

Trevor: 3 wires 4 floater meat 3 circuit boards

Wayne: 3 Watches 4 stingray tails 3 tubes of cyanoacrylate glue

Zoey: 3 boxes of bleach 4 LP 4000 batteries 3 highly conductive wire

Dr. Hanson 3 algae samples 4 insulin syringes 3 water purifying tablets

Marvin: 8 nails 3 lightweight frames

Just have these when you start a new game and start knocking out those team quests. Max out your immune first, then the ones with weapons (help during the hoards), and finally the shops.
