What difficulty should I unlock everything in?

Just curious, got my second boss cell today (woo!) But, what difficulty should I unlock everything in?
And I'm strictly talking blueprints here.. Im assuming 0 boss cells right? As the drop rate doesn't increase with difficulty?
For instance, ice shards. 3 time keeper kills. It makes sense to run that in 0 bc right?
Just want to make sure I've got the right mindset. :)
