Hello! I don't know if the devs read this. But, I would like to know if there is a way to remove items from the unlocked category (so that they won't ever show up in game) or lock them somehow. I like a majority of the items that I have unlocked, but there are some that I will never, ever use.
This is frustrating for me because (I don't know if anyone else does it) when I am starting a run I always just speedrun through the first level to get a better item in the 2min door. So I do the speedrun every time while dodging like hell to not get destroyed (I like to get the Hunter's Grenade and go to Promenade, I'm currently on 2BC). When I get to the 2min room and there is a weapon I don't like, or I don't have good starting items to use the item instead of the weapon, I just restart. I like to perfect the Promenade too, so having a good drop in the 2min room is pretty important for me, because I'm still getting better. It's even more frustrating when I get the perfect and then in that room it is something I do not use.
I am -not- a shield user, and yesterday there was a shield (I don't have any shields unlocked) in the 2min room on one run, and the same shield in the Promenade perfect room on a different run.
These factors make playing this game kind of exhausting honestly. I love it, and play it a lot, but my enjoyment of the game could be refined and amplified if I could choose which items might appear in the game.
Complete and total customization (limiting the drops to very few specific ones every time) could obviously be way too good, but something like choose 6 total that you veto out would really make a difference.
I don't care if the menu that does this has "You are a filthy casual" as the header. This is the only thing I dislike about this game.
Devs pls
