Leaping out of the shadows on unsuspecting survivors, springtrap scares survivors causing them to drop their held item and narrows their field of vision as well as causing them to scream, allowing springtrap to see their aura for 5 seconds.
Springlock Suits: There are 4 springlock suits located around the map, once a survivor is placed in one of the suits, the suit will wander around a set path during the first hook stage, in the struggle phase, the survivor must pass skill checks instead of spacebar mashing otherwise they’ll get crushed.
Shadowy Figure: Springtrap can hide in areas with low light levels without making noise, aside from soft occasional laughing when a survivor is nearby lowering his terror radius significantly (8M), but makes a lot of noise while moving.
Alternate Power: Springlock Sprint
Springtrap can cause the springlocks in his suit to loosen significantly allowing him to spring at a higher speed for a short duration (135% 5.4 m/s), grabbing any survivor in his path. In this phase, springtrap has lower directional control (more than billy, less than bubba). Once the sprint is over, springtrap’s suit will cease up and causing him to yell, revealing himself to the survivors, and being stationary for a very short amount of time. A grabbed survivor must be slammed into a wall or object to be put into the dying state before the sprint ends otherwise they’ll be let go. A slammed survivor is also affected by the broken status effect for 60 seconds.

Perks:
Malfunction: After a survivor is put into the dying state, each of the survivors’ items are disabled for 3/4/5 seconds. Malfunction can only be triggered every 80 seconds.
Camera Shy: When out of the FOV of survivors, movement speed is increased by 2/3/4 percent.
Burning Desire: Bloodlust is gained 5/10/15 percent faster and lasts 2/3/4 seconds when the chase is lost.
