Offerings Not Working

3/4 of my matches end up with my offering not being used or showing up in either the pre-loading screen (when the offerings are flipped) or the post-game screen (it just shows empty slots for my perks and offerings). I found just one post from a month ago that it could be caused by switching your character/perks in the lobby but I could not find any other mention of this issue.
Why is this bug not fixed yet and is anyone else having this happen to them?
