Did Console Optimization come out yet?

I remember them saying they plan on doing this slowly by more than one update, so it won’t be a huge download. After Chapter 10 dropped Tuesday, I noticed my game looked a LOT smoother on my One X. Love it! My question is, are they done? Or are they going to release another one so it can slowly get better and better until it practically looks like PC?
