Which killer should I prestige next?

Hey guys, I'm currently working through all of my killers trying to get them all to tier 3 for the shareable perks. I currently have Myers, Hag, Bubba, Pig, Clown, Plague, Artist, Spirit, Pig, and Oni all at P3. Looking exclusively at perks, who should I be leveling up next? Only killers that I'm missing are Vecna, Unknown, Singularity, and Skull Merchant.
