Struggling with "Show Em What You Got" Challenge

Hello. I am doing this challenge and I'm not sure why it's not giving me the 4th ability. Do you have to use all the different abilities? I use quiet mode and it does nothing. I'm just not quite understanding if I am doing something wrong. Maybe I'm not understanding exactly how to play this event like I thought.
