Scavenger change is stupid

The scavenger change is a buff disguised as a nerf. There still isn’t a good regression perk and now survivors can do gens in 40 seconds multiple times per game while killers get jack shit. You get infinite toolboxes for the downside of running around for 30 seconds between gens. Absolutely ridiculous
