I want my fourth year cosmetics😤

I played on switch during the fourth year event, and made sure to get the crowns on everyone I had at that time. Not long after I switched to PC, not knowing I’d lose access to my switch cosmetics. I know cross-progression doesn’t exist (which is fine, I’ve played for years on PC and my account is way further ahead) but is there a way to just transfer whatever cosmetics I had? I saw online it’s an issue with licensing and DLCs, but if I don’t have any DLCs to transfer is there a way to do it?
