Ordered the Owen Murphy residency poster before heading to Vegas to make sure I got one, as I didn't know what the supply was like. UPS won't accept a claim because they transferred it to the USPS for the final delivery, and USPS won't accept a claim because it wasn't insured. The cherry on top is that the poster isn't available anymore online.
