Es waren nie 100 Milliarden. Das Sondermögen muss die Zinskosten der Kredite selbst tragen und man der Staat zahlt auf alle Ausgaben natürlich auch Mehrwertsteuer. Am Ende sind die 100 Milliarden eigentlich "nur" 65 Milliarden, während der Investitionsstau selbst zu Zeiten von Flintenuschi schon bei 150 Milliarden lag. Plus in das Sondervermögen hat man ja außerdem noch Dinge reingeschoben, die man eh hätte kaufen müssen, und sogar noch teilweise Ukrainehilfe daraus finanziert.
