Von gut 580 Behörden-Dienstleistungen können Bürgerinnen und Bürger bundesweit nur 81 komplett online nutzen (externer Inhalt). Im internationalen Vergleich ist Deutschland damit im hinteren Bereich des Rankings.
"Komplett online" bedeutet übrigens nicht, dass das überall möglich sein muss. Wenn z. B. eines von 16 Bundesländern eine Dienstleistung digitalisiert hat gilt diese als erfolgreich digitalisiert, auch wenn es die 15 anderen Bundesländer nicht getan haben.
