I've started filming more of my DDPY sessions and I'm noticing that I'm not getting the flexibility in my lower back. When I'm doing the workouts, it feels like I am but watching the video back, my lower back is straight and stiff as a piece of rebar.
I've added the lower back sessions to my routine but those see to be more for lower back pain and I don't have any pain, just not the mobility.
Are there any videos and/or particular moves that you can think of that might help me improve this?
