Things have kind of fallen off the rails for me. The last month or so has been really difficult and than a personal matter in my life has shattered pretty much every ounce of momentum I felt I had. I am trying to get back on the path, this time on my own, and I am really struggling seeing how much I've missed and knowing how much ground I've lost.
If you had to start from square one, would you restart your DDPY completely or just continue it, being reminded of what you've missed?
For those who don't have a partner or someone to help,
how do you do your own measurements and progress photos?
