I've played a handful of melee lives but wanted to try out casters for a bit. I've seen a few questions regarding feats but never epic feats or skills so I wanted to put them in all in one place for my references. I have the gear for a fire sorc so that's going to be my first foray.

My plan:

6 Force of Personality (replace with past life wiz when I get it)

9 Spell Focus Evo

12 Greater Spell Focus Evo

15 Enlarge

18 Quicken

21 Wellspring of Power

22 Epic Spell Power Fire

24 Burst of Glacial Wrath

25 Hellball

27 Embolden

28 Deific Warding

30 Intensify, Scion of Plane of Fire

Concentration

UMD

Bluff (won't be maxed)

I remember seeing a post about concentration and how much was needed recently but couldn't find it again so I'm not sure if I actually need to max it or not. As for feats, I feel pretty confident in the heroic ones but get a bit lost in the epic ones. Hellball seems kind of lackluster but nothing else seemed good at that level either. I keep seeing people talk about Ruin and Greater Ruin as great but that seems like not a great choice for a fire sorc, so are those more for wizards or DC casters? Anyway, I would appreciate any critiques or suggestions. Also, how much tweaking would this need to fit a FvS?
