Picking a raid item from the anniversary

For starters, I already have Quiver of Alacrity, which I know is probably the single top recommendation.
With that in mind, if I only care about TR (mostly heroic TR, although I'm open to good epic TR items if they're hugely impactful compared to the alternatives), which item(s) should I consider?
I'm guessing it's Sword of Shadows or maybe Storm (to craft Epic Storm), but I haven't played in a while and I figured I'd ask first.
