I keep seeing people talking about chaining ETRs during the Night Revels event so I have some questions about how that is accomplished.

1. I ran each quest once and the XP was amazing but on follow up runs, it's fairly lackluster. Seeing how you need a boat load of xp to go from 20-30 are people really just chaining these quests as fast as possible at 17k or so a pop?

2. What's everyone's source of heart seeds? I guess a lot of older players probably have a stash of them, but for newer players what's the easiest way to grind them? I figured the boarderlands quests are easy and quick but at once a day for the seeds you need another source to do it quickly. Maybe the Web of Chaos chain and White Plume Mountain Other Tails? Any other suggestions?

3. Any other tips or suggestions for trying to rip out 3-4 ETRs during this event?
