There's really nothing like it when she looks up at you with those big, beautiful eyes and calls you daddy.

Nothing like the feeling of her collapsed on your chest.

When she says, "daddy, I hope I was a good girl for you," and you get to say, "you were, princess, you make me so proud."

There's nothing like that lazy, sleepy smile on her face when you've worn her out, and she says, "daddy, I'm sleepy... can you carry me to bed?"

Nothing quite like laying her down in bed, lying next to her, and pulling her into your arms, knowing she's safe.

There really is nothing like being a daddy.
