Are dominant littles a thing?

I hope this is the right place to post this.

I really like the cgl dynamic but I'm more submissive than dominant. Do any littles want to make their daddy do things like brush their hair, massage them, do their nails, and just generally treat them like a princess (not that It should need much convincing) because they're demanding it, and praise them for doing a good job.

I guess it's kind of like a brat? But instead of refusing to do as they're told, they're the one calling the shots.

Are there littles who want to be the dominant one in a relationship? Is there another term for it?
