New F18 driver looking for missions

Hi guys can you recommend any training / easy missions to get into learning this aircraft?
I find the in game tutorials are really tedious and often too confusing
I've got few hrs logged and watched loads of vids so kinda familiar with take off, navigation, some weapons and landing
Looking for missions where start on deck, navigate to targets, engage and rub- but without millions of sams/AA and enemy jets
Active pause is my best friend at the min
