Picking the best weapon for Minotaur Berserker?
Post Body

I've been playing DCSS for quite awhile (still no win sadly), but currently having a decent run with a minotaur berserker. My previous and so far highest scoring one died after being cast into the abyss from D12.

Anyway, this character has collected several decent weapons and I can't decide between them, or really how to make that decision. I've got "maces & flails" to 14. I currently have a 0 flaming eveningstar, a 4 antimagic demon whip (god gift), and a 7 flail of hundredfold ships (vorpal, drain, rF , Dex 2, SInv).

At the moment I'm using the flail for the bonuses, it's base damage is lower than the eveningstar, but only 1 more than the antimagic whip. However the antimagic whip has all the antimagic benefits.

So not sure whether to clear the lair, mines, and branches with the named flail and keep the antimagic option for later on? Or whether to keep all three weapons and switch back and forward as required. Planning to try and get maces skill to 16 anyway in case I find a sweet eveningstar further into the dungeon I think.

Edit: Died on swamp 4. Boxed in by swamp dragons and thorn hunters. Should have used blink scrolls to bail out but didn't. Used brothers in arms, phantasmal mirror thingy and box of beasts to try and fight my way clear (plus berserk obviously). It was not to be.
