• Full Name- Michael Samson

• Codename- Reverse-Flash of Ten Thousand steps, The Hare, Trickster/Demon Prince of Speed.

• Age- Late Twenties/Early Thirties

• Aligntment- The Hare isn't a psychopathic villain, not to the scale of Eobard. But he's by no means a good guy, he serves his own darker goals. But in time he will be awash in sin, and become a monster.

• Power Set & Abilities- To the unpracticed eye, the Reverse Flash of Ten Thousand Steps is an equal to the Flash in terms of speed and power, when in practice he is in fact slightly the superior of the Flash. He is the sole recipient of the negative qi expunged from Central City, a necessary balance to the City's perfect qi. The current Reverse Flash is the third speedster to possess this qi, the first being Savitar, the Archdevil of Speed, the second being Zoom, the Demon of Speed. As such, he is a couple of kilometres faster than F10K, at about 400 MPH.

The Hare, outside of his home dimension, has a similar top speed to the Flash, but is always slightly faster than him at full power. He can drain negative qi from people around him to bolster his powers, which has the fortunate side effect of bringing them, well, good fortune. He can phase through walls, and he can also steal knowledge and fighting skills from people when he drains their qi.

• Equipment- The Hare has, of course, the helmet which he can utilise to block attacks, reflect them etc. He can also launch it. That hurts hardcore. Samson also wields an old blade shaped like lightning, the one that allowed his powers to come into being.

• Weakness(es)- His powers fade the longer he is away from his home city/world, and he has to return there regularly to regenerate his powers. If he is trapped in a room full of positive qi for an extended period, he can die.

• Appearance- This dude here , however when in the full on gear he wears a very black ‘silhouette’ costume of his nemesis. The only colour is a large yellow lightning bolt, and a much smaller one on the Mask. The mask is the bottom half with the red diamond replaced by said small lightning bolt.

• Personality- The Hare is primarily a trickster, a jokester. He seeks to find entertainment and play pranks, however in recent years he has become somewhat darker. His crimes are no longer as petty, they seem to be with some malicious intent. However, he is by no means inherently evil. Merely a side effect of his powers. He’s arrogant, cocky and has an ego.

• Backstory- One of the latest ‘Reverse Flashes’ to grace this Earth, he found himself as a conduit for negative Qi after laying his hands onto a long hidden artefact from centuries past, when magic was far more important. It bonded him then to the Speed Force by a bolt of lightning from the heavens above. Already a man who enjoyed playing gentle pranks, he decided to his abilities to become a trickster. Perhaps soon he will develop into a rival and longtime villain of other speedsters. Before that point Samson was a researcher from the Empire State University into artefacts of deceased cultures.

"Michael?" The voice rang softly inside the storage room of the University- that which contained items from a recent dig outside Ontario. Michael Samson looks up as his fingers hook under the lid of the crate. He could hear them, calling his name. The lid lifts, slides several degrees to the right and then the weight takes it off balance. He reaches in, brushing the mask within.

"Michael?" the voice calls again. He glances back down and grips the blade.

Red lightning rips forth and the blade sears a mark into his palm. Darkness enwraps him then, and he runs. He rips across the city, and across the United States. He knows his purpose then.
