Onboard Booking Question

Forgive me if I missed this, as I tried to search.
We have a cruise booked in October.
Recently though, we've decided to also cruise in December.
I'm assuming we're out of luck here, but is there anyway to work the system to get onboard booking advantages (i.e.: 10% off) for the December cruise, even if we want to book now instead of obviously waiting until our next cruise in October (where we did utilize the onboard advantages).
I hope that question makes sense.
