Where's the Best (Reliable) place to preorder SH Figuarts from?

As the title states, where is the best and most reliable place to preorder SH Figuarts from? Recently talked my wife into watching DB/DBZ with me, and refinding my love for the series I had as a kid. With the resparked new love, I've decided to get into collecting some SH Figuarts. I've already picked up Early Years Krillin, and Nappa, and have a few others on the way.

While browsing I saw a few really cool ones I'd like to have, that aren't scheduled to release until later in the year (Mercenary Tao, and Jackie Chun)
