Yet Another Theory On Limit Breaker

Goku revived Master Roshi. He was dead. The blue light wasn't Goku restarting his heart, Goku had already given up. The blue light was something different than a "shock to the chest". Goku was genuinely surprised that Roshi came back (although very happy) and Roshi had clearly crossed over to see all the beautiful angels.

Goku is showing god like powers, but not of destruction. He's been in contact with the Kais arguably more than any other mortal.

I believe Goku has a new God status, something along the lines of a paladin or healer warrior god. A god of justice and pure of heart good. The form we're going to see is a holy god version of Goku, not a destructive one. He will tap into those powers as a universal protector. With his powers to revive people, he could theoretically revive those who were erased into his own universe. It's a clever way to keep all the characters we want to see developed and be more of main story participants.
