Am I leveling my Saiyan right?

Here are my stats at level 33:
Max: 13
Max Ki: 17
Max stamina: 16
Basic Attacks: 16
Strike Supers: 16
Ki blast Supers: 15
Am I doing it wrong? And if so can you guys give me tips on which attributes to focus on before I get screwed?
