I'm wanting to get back into the game, but is it more popular on PS5 or PC?

I originally played it on PC and got a little over 200 hours but I know how these games usually go on PC and they die quick. I don't mind starting over on PS5 if it means alot more people but I can't find a player count for the game on console. Which should I pick it back up on?
