I have the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and I recently bought the Teardown grip case for it after watching JerryRigEverythings video about how Casetify fucked them over by stealing their teardown designs, making them worse and reselling them on their own website. What scumbag pricks.
Anyway, my order came in the mail today and while the image quality and details/easter eggs are extremely impressive, it turns out that the image is not actually printed directly onto the grip case itself. It's just a skin that you have to apply to the back of the case manually yourself and it took me several attempts to put the skin on the back of the case without any bubbles or lines during which I almost ripped the skin and wasted nearly 60 bucks.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but if the webiste gives you the option of either just the skin itself or the grip case, wouldn't you assume that the grip case would have the image printed directly on the case? If I knew that beforehand, which it doesn't say anywhere on their site, I wouldn't have bought it.
I think that this problem needs to be rectified. Again, if you give the option of either just the skin that stick directly onto the back of the phone or a full grip case with the image on the back of the case, I am going to assume that the case would have the image printed directly on it.
