Is there an RPG which has the same hardcore survival focus as DayZ?

Iām sorry if this is seen as irrelevant, but I love both DayZ and a good RPG. Which got me thinking - are there any RPGs which focus on survival in the same way? Long travel times, food and water being important and taking care of illnesses and temperature? Yknow, all that jazz.
