Australian experimental servers

I was just wondering if anyone knows whats going on with the au experimental servers at the moment. I've noticed for the last week or so that Au/Nz 02-03 have been down, and whenever there's a restart au/nz 01 is down for a good 10 minutes and keeps swithching times. can anybody explain whats going on with them just out of curiosity
