I'm not usually one to jumpscare during games or movies. Even if I do, I don't lose full control of my mouse, until now.

Was on Chernarus at military base. Just finished looting the tents and was one my way out. Some dude starts shooting me with some full-auto weapon from very close behind me. I get jumpscared so much, that my mouse somehow ended being backwards on my mouse pad. I survived the initial shots, but because my mouse was backwards I couldn't react in time. And then a second volley of shots came which finished me off.

There were like 10 people online at the time too :(. I had NVGs and a KAM :(. I had never had NVGs before. sigh
